Directions

1. Pour approximately 200 ml of boiling water over your Emu teabag (the amount of water does not affect the potency of your tea
2. Steep for at least 90 seconds to ensure all of the active ingredients are dissolved. Steep longer for more flavor
3. No other ingredients are needed to activate the tea
